Chairman Xu Kongsen’s suggestions were highly recognized by the delegation and the two parties reached preliminary consensus on the preparations for the establishment of the Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce, the establishment of a BRICS cooperation resource hub, resource integration and the implementation of activities.
