The project is located in the core area of Songmen Town, Wenling City (at the intersection of Binhai Avenue and Haiyun Road), with a total construction area of about 100,566㎡, of which the basement area is 17,714㎡ and the above-ground construction area is 82,852㎡. Zhongya Construction Engineering Group and Zhongya Intelligent Technology have joined forces to jointly promote project construction: Zhongya Construction Engineering Group relies on its deep construction experience and professional capabilities to be responsible for the installation of all metal roofs, aluminum panel curtain walls, glass curtain walls, GRC curtain walls, stone curtain walls, door and window projects within the construction drawing scope, as well as keel processing and HVAC construction; Zhongya Intelligent Technology leverages its material supply advantages, from metal plates to intelligent components, accurately provides materials for each construction link to ensure that the supply and engineering needs are accurately matched.
